THE HISTORY OF WK BUILDING & DEVELOPMENT

Since the company began as a four-person firm in 1978, founder and chairman Ken Struck has assembled an experienced and professional staff, including a management team with an average tenure of 15 years with the company. They work closely with the project managers assigned to each community, who have full decision-making authority.

This decentralized approach to management insures that questions can be answered and concerns addressed on the spot, and that buyers can have a close working relationship with the person responsible for building their new home.
